Find out more about the Oxford Heartfelt Appeal

The Oxford Heart Centre at the John Radcliffe Hospital is a centre of excellence for treating people with heart disease.

It has a 24/7 heart attack centre, where patients with suspected heart attacks bypass A&E and move from the ambulance to the operating theatre in minutes.

There is also state-of the art imaging and the support of an internationally renowned academic department of cardiovascular medicine.

A two year fundraising campaign helped to create the modern and spacious centre, and helps us continue to provide the very best medical equipment and hospital environment for our heart patients.

Thanks to your support, the department has the very latest cardiac imaging technology available. Staff are able to perform more scans, collaborate further in leading research and perform more complex assessments and lifesaving procedures.

Donations and fundraising continue to help us bring in the latest innovations for heart patients – including  state-of-the-art cardiac pacing boxes.

You can support the Oxford Heart Centre by making a donation today.
