artlink, the hospital arts programme funded by Oxford Hospital Charity, would like to offer you and your team a creative break. Take 10 minutes out of your busy schedule and listen to music, co-write a poem or learn origami online with our experienced creative professionals:

• Dedicate a Musical Hug to a colleague or your team. Choose a piece of music from our ‘menu’ and it will be played especially to your team by one of our wonderful musicians.

• Book a team Origami Workshop - learn to make an origami heart, bird or flower with your colleagues. It's fun, not at all difficult and you'll have something beautiful to share at the end of the session.

• Create a poem together as a team with poet Beth Calverley. Beth will guide you through the steps to create a beautiful group poem that expresses what is important to your team. You'll receive the typewritten poem to keep and display in your staff room or ward.
