We are delighted to announce that leading Oxfordshire letting and property management company, Breckon & Breckon, has chosen Oxford Hospitals Charity as their Charity of the Year.

With seven offices across the county, this partnership aims to both support the charity’s vital work and help create extra awareness in the local community.

To kick off their support, Keith Stacey, Managing Director of Breckon & Breckon, has announced that the company will be the official medal sponsor of the flagship OX5 RUN event this March.

The OX5 RUN has been taking place at Blenheim Palace for over twenty years, raising huge sums to make a difference to local children in hospital.

Keith, who is also a Trustee of Oxford Hospitals Charity, explains: "We are thrilled to partner with Oxford Hospitals Charity and delighted to get the ball rolling by sponsoring this wonderful local event at Blenheim Palace.

“As a Trustee at Oxford Hospitals Charity I am fortunate to see first-hand the incredible work the charity does in the local hospitals that care for so many of us.  I hear from clinicians and patients of the many ways the charity is able to transform care and the hospital experience, thanks to the generosity of our Oxfordshire community.

“So I am pleased and proud to go the extra mile by supporting their flagship fun run and working on other ideas to contribute to the incredible work carried out by the charity."

Keith added: “Our staff all live in the local community, so they are really behind this. We will also be putting in a team of runners to take part on March 24th – and we would love to see other local companies do the same!”

As well as sponsoring the medals, Breckon & Breckon will be providing a platform to showcase the local cause on branch digital screens and the company’s social media so their customers can find out more about the important work of the charity.

Naomi Stewart Hale, Corporate Partnerships Manager at Oxford Hospitals Charity, said: “This is a wonderful local partnership and we look forward to working more closely with Breckon & Breckon going forward. We are really pleased to hear that the Breckon team are also lacing up their trainers to take part, and already have a team signed up to join us on the start line at Blenheim.”
