During this extraordinary year, art - created by, and of, staff in our hospitals - has played a really important role in our hospitals, offering gratitude, support, a release, and documenting this moment in time.

The charity's Artlink programme has created a series of exhibitions, one at each of our hospitals, that bring together some of this very special work.

It is called One Team One OUH - reflecting the vital importance of teamwork across Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH).

Each exhibition includes a series of portraits of OUH staff, painted as part of national project 'Portraits of NHS Heroes', work by a member of the domestic cleaning team working in Intensive Care that inspired his colleagues  and photography of staff at work during the Spring peak of the pandemic.

If you are in our hospitals do take a look, but please don't come in especially to see them.

Instead, take a moment to look through some of the work below that features in the exhibition. The top selection features photography, with most images taken much by staff member and professional photographer, Jon Lewis and the second album highlights the amazing portraits of our staff created by national and international artists:

Thank you to all those who contributed towards this work. We hope you find it interesting.
