Our charity staff and Trustees take good governance very seriously.
We ensure Oxford Hospitals Charity has the policies and systems in place to make sure that this is a well-run charity with public benefit always at its heart. We are very aware of our responsibilities and are registered with the Fundraising Regulator.
Our Trustees are in regular contact with the Charity's CEO and senior management team, and meet quarterly to review funding bids, policies and ensure the good running of the charity.
Our Chair of Trustees is Professor David Matthews, who is also Emeritus Founding Chairman for the Oxford Centre for Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism (OCDEM), which is based at the Churchill Hospital. Our Deputy Chair is Lady Pippa Baldry, who has been particularly active with our Children's Hospital campaigns.
They are joined by Dr Aparna Pal, Graham Steinberg, Keith Stacey, Rebecca Kashti, Dr Brian Shine and Anne Tutt who generously share their knowledge, experience and time to help steer the charity.
