You don’t need to use legal language or follow a formal process — just tell us what’s happened.

What Happens Next

When you contact us:

We’ll acknowledge your concern within 3–5 working days

We’ll look into the issue carefully and fairly

We’ll keep you updated on progress

We’ll provide a clear explanation of what we found and what we’re doing about it

If we need more information, we’ll explain why and support you through it.

Not Happy With the Outcome?

If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your concern, you have the right to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

We’d always encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve things.
