What Happens Next When you contact us: We’ll acknowledge your concern within 3–5 working days We’ll look into the issue carefully and fairly We’ll keep you updated on progress We’ll provide a clear explanation of what we found and what we’re doing about it If we need more information, we’ll explain why and support you through it.
